Last night at their imaginatively themed Bethesdaland complete with rides, games and festival food, an actual game conference occured, in which Bethesda revealed their upcoming plans for their big titles. Here is a recap of everything they revealed and announced.

Fallout 4 VR & Doom VR

We knew that Bethesda was looking at the potential of VR, and their existing game library certainly lends itself to the immersive gaming that VR captures. WithFallout 4VR and Doom VR announced, we have 2 complimentary experiences that will allow players the wasteland roleplaying of Fallout or the frenetic demon killing of Doom.

The Elder Scrolls Online

2 new DLC packs are coming for theElder Scrolls Online,Horns of the ReachandClockwork City. Horns of the Reach is coming this August and will introduce 2 new dungeons:Bloodroot ForgeandFalkreath Holdand will also add new items, monster masks and achievements. Less is known about Clockwork city, but it will include 10+ hours of new content that revolve around repelling Daedric forces and preventing disaster.

Creation Club

The mod scene for Bethesda’s family of games is thriving and the Creation Club will allow Bethesda and other 3rd party developers to create mods for these games in exchange for credits (money). This will be interesting to see how this system will work and how fans will respond to it, but if big 3rd party developers can come in and create some outstanding content it may have legs.

Skyrim Coming to the Switch

Well we knew this was coming. So now it’s official and you’ll be able to dress up as Link.Skyrimon the go. Who’s ready to buy it for the 5th time?

The Elder Scrolls Legends Heroes of Skyrim

The free to play card game is getting a new expansion called Heroes of Skyrim that will launch on June 29th. It will add 150 new cards to the game and introduce new mechanics like Shouts as well as familiar heroes. Other new features like in-game tournaments and a Chaos Arena and coming when the game launches on iPhone and Android phones.

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider

Coming out this September, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider is a standalone title that will give fans another chance to immerse themselves in the world.

The Evil Within 2

This was a longer reveal look, with an emotional story backdrop followed by some horrifying scenes of the evil that will be faced. Nightmares will be had for sure.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

Coming this October, the next Wolfenstein game brings back some of the cast of characters from the first game as they continue their resistance efforts.
