It’s now been more than 20 years sinceFreaky Friday’s release, but it’s arguably the perfect time for the sequel. The movie lives on as a key piece of early 2000s popular culture, and it’s been long enough that nostalgia alone will likely be enough to get some audiences to theaters to see the follow-up. What’s more,both Lohan and Curtis have experienced career resurgences of late.
