After winning the Producers Guild of America’s Best Theatrical Motion Picture and the announcement of five Academy Award nominations, the Peter Farrelly-directed movie is back in the top ten. At number seven isA Dog’s Way Home, which managed to bring in $5.2 million. The family movie has been receiving generally favorable reviews since hitting theaters three weeks ago.
Serenitydebuted this weekend with $4.8 Million. The movie, which stars Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway, has been getting torn apart by critics, earning a D+ from CinemaScore.
