How to Get Soma Cruz in Vampire Survivors Ode to Castlevania

Vampire Survivors: Ode to Castlevania players can unlock Soma Cruz bydefeating the Gergoth with Julius Belmont. The character can be unlocked byfinding the second coffinon the Ode to Castlevania stage, which can be done without any other requirements as long as you are fast enough to get to the coffin.

The Gergoth can be found towards theeastern side of the stage within the winding staircase of the castle. You will have to defeat a few bosses to unlock all the areas before the staircase, but there is a warp point just south of the staircase.

Those who have already reached that point can just warp there and then walk up north. The Gergoth boss can be activated bystepping on the red circle symbol on the ground. Gergoth may seem familiar to those who have played multiple Castlevania entries, as the giant head with two legs is a recurring boss.

Defeat the Gergoth boss to receive a treasure chest with a randomweapon or evolution. There will be no immediate indication you have unlocked Soma Cruz until the run has ended.Once defeated, you may safely quit the runand go back to the main menu.
