Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion has surpassed 4 million shipments and digital sales.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Expansion Shipments and Digital Sales Exceed Four Million
This month was the release of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on PC on January 9th, which added to the expansion’s success, topping over four million in shipments and digital sales across all platforms. Iceborne is now available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The number includes both Monster Hunter World: Iceborne digital sales and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master Edition both in physical shipments as well as digital sales.
The total number of physical shipments and digital sales forMonster Hunter Worldhas now surpassed 15 million units as of January 2nd. The cumulative sales for the Monster Hunter series has surpassed a whopping 61 millions units as of January 15th.

The first major expansionMonster Hunter World: Icebornepicks up where the main Monster Hunter story ended last. Iceborne not only comes with a new biome to explore but plenty of new monsters and subspecies to encounter. Players will meet beasts such as the Banbaro, a Brute Wyvern who features large antlers and likes to hurl boulders at hunters. There will be plenty of new content, new layered armour sets, new movesets to weapons, Clutch Claw, new picture mode and more.
Monster Hunter World Icebornelaunched on Playstation 4 and Xbox One worldwide on September 6th last year. The PC version launched this month on January 9th 2020.
