Monster Hunter World: Iceborne PC Patch to Fix Performance and Missing Saves

With the launch of Monster Hunter World Iceborne on PC came a few problems which ranged from performance problem such as unsteady frame rates to freezing completely. Capcom shared on Twitter is was “currently investigating” and has seemed to come to a conclusion on what was causing the issues which has caused “high level CPU utilisation during active gameplay” on Steam.

There was also the problem with saved games, which arose from previous Monster Hunter World updates that adjusted file formats. Failing to download the update before installing Iceborne caused existing saves to go unrecognised.
