The best strategy for this boss is to start off bydebuffing its attack with Tarunda.This boss knows everyone’s weaknesses andhas access to spells to hit them all.Utilizing One Mores, thisboss can hit everyone in your party in a single turn,dealing lots of damage to everyone. HaveYukari focus on party-wide healing,as each turn can be potentially devastating.
It is also useful touse Rakukaja on the Protagonist,as this boss will sometimesdouble-tap a downed characterwith a powerful physical attack and potentially wipe them out in a single turn. Defense is very important in this fight, and there will be some luck involved as this boss has the potential to down allies or even the Protagonist in one turn, even when debuffed.
While defense is important, taking down the boss is the goal. Without any elemental weaknesses,physical attacks are your best bet.Have Junpei and Akihiko use physical abilities each turn, with thegoal being to fish for critical hits.Magic attacks can’t get a critical hit, but physical attacks can, and landing a critical will knock down the boss and open it up for an All-Out Attack.
If the proper buffs and debuffs are active, also have the Protagonist use some physical attacks to help speed up the fight. Should youhave a Personawith the skill Rebellion,use it to help the physical attacks increase the chances for criticals. The boss will only use physical attacks on a downed ally that will probably already one-shot them, making this skillbenefit the party more than the boss.
