Skill Number
Skill Priority
Nuclear Fury and Thermonuclear Fury
★★★★ (Very High)
★★★ (High)
★★ (Medium)
Johanna’s Nuclear Fury is her most important skill to level up in Persona 5: The Phantom X. Raising this skill will improve the Persona’s Nuclear damage on enemies, especially when affected by Elemental Ailments. Also, the skill upgrade applies to Thermonuclear Fury, an enhanced version of Johanna’s Nuclear Fury skill. After that, level Thief Tactics to boost Johanna’s Highlight damage and to strengthen the effects of its Frenzied Voltage stacks. Followed by Sanctioned Drift, which also targets all enemies with Nuclear attacks and inflicts them with Elemental Ailments, such as Radiation. Johanna’s second skill, President’s Prowess, is the least leveled, as Queen’s playstyle requires her to use her Nuclear Fury or Thermonuclear Fury skill for most of her turns.
In addition to Attack Percentage and Attack Multiplier enhancements, Queen’s damage can be increased by obtaining Crit Rate, Crit Multiplier, and Pierce Rate stats for her card sets.

Johanna Persona Skill Rotation
Here is the suggested Persona skill rotation for Queen’s Main Persona, Johanna:
First Turn
Second Turn
Third Turn
Fourth Turn
Queen’s standard skill rotation begins and ends with her third Persona skill, Nuclear Fury.Once Johanna gains 5 Tenacity stacks, she can then activate her Crash Out stance, and her third skill changes to Thermonuclear Fury.Keep on spamming Nuclear Fury or Thermonuclear Fury skill until her enemy is defeated. There are cases in which Johanna will face more than one enemy, and so she can use her Sanctioned Drift skill instead. Johanna’s first skill is also beneficial in terms of inflicting multiple enemies with Elemental Ailments, like Burn, Freeze, Shock, Windswept, or Radiation. When it comes to the Persona’s only support skill, President’s Prowess, it is rarely used in battle since Queen has allies who can cover for healing responsibilities in battle, such as Marian or Wonder.
Radiation is an Elemental Ailment that can only be caused by Nuclear attacks.

Queen Awareness Skill Priorities
The following are the must-have Awareness Skills for Queen, in order of priority:
Awareness Skill Priority
You can obtain as many duplicate copies of Queen to unlock her maximum damage potential in Persona 5: The Phantom X.By reaching Awareness level 6, players can unlock Fist of Justice! and lessen the SP consumption of Queen’s Nuclear Fury and Thermonuclear Fury Persona skills. In addition, Fist of Justice! provides her access to her own Extra Action mechanic through her Crash Out stance, which is similar toJoker’s.
For light spenders, getting the first Awareness Skill, Execution Justice, is already sufficient, since it already enables her Crash Out stance to be readily available on her first turn. Getting Hot and Cold is optional, since you’re able to inflict Elemental Ailments on enemies through other means, such as Elemental skills from other party members. Additionally, the 6% Pierce rate or Penetration rate buff from this skill is obtainable from ally support skills or card set effects.

Keep stacking multiple Elemental Ailments on a target enemy to boost the damage output of Queen.
Best Card Sets for Queen
Queen has a variety of card sets to enhance her role as an Assassin unit in Persona 5: The Phantom X.Here are her recommendedSpace and Heaven Revelation card sets, as well as their main stats and substats.
Awareness and Truth Card Set (Single-target Nuclear DPS Build)
Active Card Effects
5★ Awareness Card
5★ Truth Card
The Awareness and Truth card set is Queen’s recommended equipment for all of her Nuclear teams. This card set provides her with a Nuclear damage boost, especially when enemies are inflicted with Elemental Ailments in battle. Having teammates who can inflict these ailments would also be advantageous to this card combo, likeBui,Vino, and Okyann. In terms of application, this set is appropriate for game modes that prioritize high scores, such as Gates of the Nightmare Catcher and Trials from the Sea of Souls.
This card set requires Vino as one of her teammates, since the Debuff Support unit can consistently land random Elemental Ailments, such as Burn, Freeze, Shock, Windswept, or Radiation, on its target.

Resolve and Prudence Card Set (Single-target Attack DPS Build for Late Game)
5★ Resolve Card
5★ Prudence Card
When dealing with a single foe or a set number of enemies, it is recommended to utilize the Resolve and Prudence Revelation Cards for Queen. The Prudence cards increase her damage in exchange for slower speed, while her Resolve Space card considerably increases her Attack damage if she is the third or fourth party member to take a turn in battle. This card set is recommended for event battles or game modes without waves of foes, such as Velvet Trials and Astrolabe Trials.
Assign at least one Strategist or Buff Support teammate, like Chord or Leon, to Queen whenever she is using the Resolve and Prudence card set.
Growth and Power Card Set (Single-target Attack DPS Build for Early Game)
5★ Growth Card
5★ Power Card
Queen can equip the Growth and Power Revelation Cards as one of her initial card sets in Persona 5: The Phantom X.This card pairing focuses on increasing the Phantom Thief’s Attack damage over several turns, making it suitable for completing early missions and defeating main story bosses faced for the first time.Additionally, this card equipment can be used to clear the beginner stages of game modes, such as the Velvet Trials' Challenge Battles.
If the Queen is no longer utilizing her Growth and Power cards, you can assign them to her Strategist allies, like Riddle, or her Elucidator teammates, such as Okyann and Phoebe.
Queen Card Set Main Stats and Substats
The following are the suggested major stats and substats for Queen’s Space Card and Heaven Cards:
Card Main Stats
Planet Card
Recommended Main Stats
Card Substats
All Space and Heaven Cards
Recommended Substats
Queen’s main stats and substats for any of her card sets in Persona 5: The Phantom X are Crit Rate and Crit Multiplier (or Crit Damage).Followed by Pierce Rate (or Penetration Rate), Attack Multiplier (or Damage Bonus), and Attack Percentage, providing extra damage boosts to the Phantom Thief. Similar toJokerandFox, she needs Pierce rate to take down enemies with high defense.Although Ailment Accuracy or Effect Hit Rate is necessary for inflicting Elemental Ailments, it is not required for Queen because her playstyle consists of nuking her target with Nuclear Fury or Thermonuclear Fury attacks every turn.
At Awareness Level 0, Queen should have at least a 40% Crit Rate and around 30% Pierce rate.As a damage dealer, the female Phantom Thief should be the last party member to take a turn in battle. This is because she needs as many buffs, debuffs, and ailments as possible to do substantial damage in battle. If you also pulled for Queen’s five-star weapon, Nuclear Finisher, switch to an Attack Multiplier or Damage Bonus Moon card for her, as the weapon already increases her Attack damage in combat.
Assign Speed Master passive skills to Wonder’s Normal Personas to make him ahead of Queen in terms of turn order. However, don’t let him get ahead of your party’s Support and Sustain allies.
Best Weapons for Queen
Queen’s Tekko Fist weapons enhance her Elemental Ailments and Defense Reduction effects. Her bestweaponsare as follows:
Queen Weapon
Queen Weapon Effects
5★ Nuclear Finisher
4★ Omega Knuckle
The Nuclear Finisher is a must-have five-star signature weapon for Queen, as it increases her damage through Attack and Nuclear damage. As for Omega Knuckle, the four-star weapon remains a viable option for F2P players because it still increases her Attack damage and Nuclear damage based on the Tenacity stacks she currently possesses in battle.
Nuclear Finisher, Queen’s five-star weapon, will be available for purchase at Munehisa Iwai’s weapon shop in Version 4.0 for 20 Purple Salamander Coins instead of 10.
Best Wonder Weapons for Queen
Wonder’s dagger weapons also give Queen and Johanna an advantage in combat. Her suggestedWonderweapons are as follows:
Wonder Weapon
Wonder Weapon Effects
5★ Sennight Inferno
5★ Ex Machina
5★ Hive Guardian
5★ Arc Knife
5★ Starry Compass
Wonder has two dagger options while teaming up with Queen in Version 1.3: Sennight Inferno and Arc Knife.Between the two, the Arc Knife is the best weapon that will maximize Queen’s capabilities as a single-target damage dealer in Persona 5: The Phantom X.In particular, this weapon is useful for successfully inflicting an Elemental Ailment and applying a Defense Reduction debuff to the target enemy. When it comes to team composition, the Arc Knife works well with a Nuclear-centric party that includes Queen, Leon, and Vino.As with Sennight Inferno, this dagger weapon is effective for teams featuring non-Nuclear party members, such as Riddle, Rin, or Chord. Not only does it increase the female Phantom Thief’s damage, but it also allows him to impair a single enemy’s defense for one turn.
For future dagger weapons, Ex Machina, Hive Guardian, and Starry Compass are other recommended options for teams featuring Queen.Ex Machina also works well with mono-Nuclear teams or a team consisting of Queen as the main DPS. Meanwhile, Hive Guardian is an alternate option for Elemental Ailment-focused teams composed of non-Nuclear units, like Bui. Unlike Arc Knife, this dagger weapon provides more Ailment Accuracy or Effect Hit Rate stats for Wonder, as well as increases the damage taken by enemies by at least 10%. If your Queen-centric team is facing multiple enemies, use Starry Compass instead, as it provides AoE Defense Reduction and Ailment Accuracy boosts to your entire party.
It is not recommended to utilize the Arc Knife dagger weapon against multiple enemies in a single encounter. You can use Sennight Inferno instead.
Best Wonder Personas for Queen
Queen and Johanna benefit from Wonder’s Normal Personas during battle. Her favored Normal Personas are listed below:

Signature Skill
4★ Dionysus
4★ Nebiros
5★ Bishamonten
5★ Dominion
5★ Narcissus
5★ Titania
Normal Personas with the ability to cast buffs, land debuffs, and inflict ailments effectively support Queen in battle.Since Queen’s skill set does not feature Crit Rate and Crit Multiplier bonuses, she needs to rely on Wonder’s Personas, like Apsaras and Dionysus, to provide the buffs for her. Also, having multiple Personas that can inflict different Elemental Ailments, such as Burn, Freeze, Shock, Windswept, and Radiation, is crucial for enhancing her devastating Thermonuclear Fury attack.

As a Support DPS, they can equip a Trust and Power card set to provide the Female Phantom with Attack boosts. As for Bui, she can equip her DPS card set and increase Queen’s Attack and Crit Rate by marking her as her Player 2 skill partner in combat.
With Version 4.3.1, Queen will have more Sub DPS or Support DPS options, including Violet and Crow.Violet can provide Attack buffs to Queen through her Dance Partner support skill. Meanwhile, Crow can grant buffs and debuff skills that enhance her damage output.Furthermore, the recorded damage he gains from Queen’s damage, including her Extra Action at Awareness Level 6, will make him deal more damage to the target enemy.
When Queen’s DPS teammates use the Trust and Power card set, their damage is reduced in battle.

Cherish will be available in the standard banner after his debut or limited banner release. However, his character will not appear in the Phantom Idol Draft Banner for at least six months.

Queen can be accompanied by any Navigator characters, but she performs the least with Puppet. With Okyann, she can improve Queen’s Ailment Accuracy and Effect Hit Rate stats. As for Phoebe, she can boost the female Phantom Thief’s Attack and Elemental damage in battle. When it comes to Wind, she can offer Queen more Defense Reduction, Down Gauge reduction, and increased Damage Taken effects.
Meanwhile, Oracle, also known as Navi, can implant Nuclear weaknesses into her foes and double the Defense Down effects they received over two turns. Furthermore, the original Phantom Thief Navigator can enhance the Damage Taken by their enemies, while also casting shields on her allies. Last but not least, Ange increases Queen’s Attack, Pierce Rate, and overall damage output. Furthermore, she has access to another Extra Action mechanic via her Myriad Song skill, allowing the female Phantom Thief to utilize her Thermonuclear Fury skill again.
Okyann can apply a random Elemental Ailment on a single target during combat.
Queen is a must-have main DPS character for any Nuclear-centric team inPersona 5: The Phantom X, alongsideJokerandFox, who specialize in Curse and Ice damage, respectively. As an Assassin, she uses her Tenacity stacks to enhance her third skill, Nuclear Fury, and deal devastating Nuclear damage to her main target multiple times. Apart from being a foundational piece for mono-Nuclear teams, the Phantom Thief also works well with other units that capitalize on Elemental Ailments to increase their damage output, such asBuiandVino. As the game advances, she will obtain multidimensional healers, likeMarian, who can strengthen her Pierce Rate or Penetration Rate stat at Awareness Level 1.
In the future editions of P5X, Queen will be bolstered by stronger teammates such as Phoebe, Chord, and Wind, who will increase her damage output even further through a variety of buff and debuff skills. With access to her best-in-slot Space and Heaven Revelation Cards, as well as the best teammates, Queen can effectively complete any main story battle and clear game modes quickly!
