How to evolve Slowbro inPokémon ScarletandViolet
The Slowpoke evolution line contains three different Pokémon: Slowpoke, Slowbro, and Slowking.Due to how most other evolution lines work, some players assume that Slowking is an evolution of Slowbro. However, that is a common misconception, as Slowbro does not evolve into anything.
Instead, to obtain a Slowking you need to evolve a Slowpoke. you may evolve Slowpoke into Slowking by trading it with another player while it’s holding a King’s Rock. You can purchase a King’s Rock for $10,000 from the Delibird Presents in Mesagoza. The King’s Rock will only be available in Paldea’s capital city once you have obtained at least four gym badges.
Since you need to evolve Slowpoke twice to obtain all of its forms you’ll need to catch multiple Slowpoke inPokémon ScarletandViolet. you’re able to encounter Slowpoke in numerous areas across Paldea, but it is especially common in the northwest. More specifically, you want to search around the river south of Casseroya Lake.
Once you catch a Slowpoke you can either keep looking for a second or breed it. If you choose the latter, you’ll also need a Ditto and, ideally, a Sandwich that provides the Egg Power buff. After hatching a Slowpoke you can evolve it into Slowbro inPokémon ScarletandVioletby training it up to level 37.Alternatively, if you want a Slowking, then you’ll need to trade Slowpokes with another player as previously described.
Pokémon ScarletandPokémon Violetcan be purchased on the Nintendo Store.
