The Hunt has been an upcoming Roblox feature that the community has known about for a while thanks to data mining, but real soon, the real thing will drop.
With the ghost of the Roblox Egg Hunt past in full bloom with the Easter season, many had thought that The Hunt would continuethe Egg Hunts,but it’s looking to be a spiritual successor instead.
Roblox The Hunt release date
The most important information you’ll need for The Hunt in Roblox is when it’s released. Thanks to a countdown clock, we know that The Hunt is dropping at exactly5 p.m. UCT on March 15.
As soon as the countdown ends, it’s looking like thecountdown pagewill become The Hunt’s dedicated page, where we’ll be able to play the experience finally. It’s when we’ll finally be able to tell if The Hunt remains faithful to the Egg Hunts of old, or if it will be something completely new.
What are the Vaults in Roblox The Hunt?
One major difference of The Hunt is the so-called Vaults, inside what Roblox is calling the “Infinite Vault.”
It seems that we’ll berewarded with cosmetics unique to The Huntthrough these Vaults. They seem to be opened by the Badges that we’ll be collecting. It is currently unclear if the Vaults work on a Gacha system, or if Badges are a currency that we’ll be using to unlock cosmetics of our choosing.
Due to the images that Roblox has been providing, and the nature of the texts, it’s looking like the Vaults willalso be home to old and retired Roblox cosmetics, and that we’ll be using a gacha system using our badges to unlock Vaults at random.
The cosmetics in these Vaults will be exclusive and will be time-limited. So when new items enter the Vaults, you’ll have to strive to get them before they’re lost forever.
Confirmed Games in Roblox The Hunt
Since the countdown clock and the reveal of The Hunt, we have had a barrage of new information – most importantly, theconfirmed gamesin the experience. We will be able to jump into these games through portals and complete quests to get Badges to unlock treasure.

Roblox The Hunt Badges and Quests
Since The Hunt was revealed,a lot more information has been as well. Players will have to jump into the games andcomplete Quests to earn Badges that relate to The Hunt. With these Badges, players willearn rewards and exclusive Hunt cosmetics.
There is still little information on the supposed “battle pass” and what the Gold Track will bring. Are the blue milestones the Badges themselves, or are they extra loot gained from completing Badge milestones? Do those who own the Gold Track get extra Badges or extra loot?
Whether you have the Gold Track or not, at leastawesome new cosmeticsare something certain.
