A total of five games have been announced to be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 later this year. The highlight for many could be Sonic x Shadow Generations, the critically acclaimed remaster, which includes new content featuring Shadow. In the content featuring the Ultimate Life Form, you’re exploring a hub world and unlocking new powers along the way so you can beat Black Doom. It also comes with the content from the original PS3/Xbox 360/PC game that has you exploring past levels like Seaside Hill and City Escape with both Modern and Classic Sonic.

Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut and More Come to Switch 2
Video game publisher Sega has also announced that Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut is heading to Nintendo’s next hybrid console, and fans of the series may want to revisit this beloved title. That’s because it will include never-before-seen story cutscenes that provide greater detail to the characters and key incidents in the game. English and Chinese voice acting have also been added to the product, adding a new element to those who have played Yakuza 0 on other platforms.
If that’s not enough, there’s an online multiplayer mode called Red Light Raid, which has you taking on hordes of foes with friends as 60 unlockable characters. Sega has also confirmed that French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese subtitles have been added to the title. There is currently a playable build at the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience in New York and Paris.

If you’re more of a fan of the Atlus side of Sega, the previously announcedRAIDOU Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Armyis also heading to the Switch 2. It will include full Japanese and English voiceover, in addition to an “overhauled battle system,” according to Atlus. This Switch 2 port launches with the console on June 19.

Puzzle enthusiasts may enjoy Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S, which launches on the same date as the Switch 2. It comes with a Puyo Tetris Doubles mode, which has you compete in 2v2 battles on a single board.
