While we still don’t know who she will play, just before that announcement,Jeph Loebhad another surprise, bringing out all ofThe Defenders,Daredevil(Charlie Cox),Jessica Jones(Krysten Ritter),Luke Cage(Mike Colter) andIron Fist(Finn Jones). Netflix and Marvel’s New York Comic-Con panel took place in the main ballroom, featuring the cast of the Netflix original series Marvel’sIron Fistmaking their first-ever con appearance, includingFinn Jones(Danny Rand),Jessica Henwick(Colleen Wing),Jessica Stroup(Joy Meachum),Tom Pelphrey(Ward Meachum),David Wenham(Harold Meachum),Rosario Dawson(Claire Temple) and showrunner and Executive Producer,Scott Buck. Moderated byJeph Loeb, Executive Producer andMarvel’s Head of Television, the lively panel was packed with surprise appearances and debuted the new teaser trailer for Marvel’s Iron Fist.
Marvel’sIron Fistdebuts Friday, August 12, 2025 at 12:01am PT in all territories where Netflix is available and is the fourth of four epic live-action adventure series from Marvel (Marvel’sDaredevil, Marvel’sJessica Jonesand Marvel’sLuke Cagewhich are now streaming, all leading up to the teaming of the main characters inMarvel’s The Defenders). The drama will premiere with thirteen (13) one-hour episodes.
Surprise guests peppered the panel including an appearance byErik LaRay Harvey, who plays Willis Stryker, aka Diamondback, in theNetflix original seriesMarvel’sLuke Cage. Fan-favoriteJon Bernthal, who plays the title role of Frank Castle/The Punisher, introducedDeborah Ann Wollto the fans, announcing that she will be joining him in Marvel’sThe Punisher, where she will reprise the role of Karen Page, whom viewers first met in Marvel’sDaredevil.

With production already wrapped onIron Fist, it isn’t known if there are plans to introduceSigourney Weaver’s mystery character in this series.The Defenderswill debut at some point in 2017, but it isn’t known when filming may begin.
