To find the Altar of Reflection in Destiny 2, you will need to locate the Witch’s Echo. The Witch’s Echo is a hidden location on the map inSavathun’s Throne World.
You have visited Witch’s Echo once in the Witch Queen campaign, and eventually, you will need to do it again later on.
Players can find the Witch’s Echo in theMiasma regionon Savathun’s Throne World. Inside The Miasma Region, you’re able to find the Witch’s Echo shown below on the map.

When you reach the location shown above, you will need to search for alarge tower, and at the tower’s base, you will find the entrance to the Witch’s Echo.
Head inside, and you’re able to find theAltar of Reflectionfurther in the complex, but be careful as you will need to fight through Scorn again to get to it.
Further inside the complex, you will reach a scene like the one above. Through the portal is where you will find the Alter of Reflection in Destiny 2. That said, enter the portal, and you may progress further into theWitch Queen questline.
